DeactivateInboxOwner Method

This method deactivates an Inbox item owner and updates field values for that Inbox item owner.

The method searches as follows:

  1. OwnerInfoId
  2. InboxItemId, OwnerPartyId
  3. ObjectId, InboxTypeName, OwnerPartyId

If there is SSASqlErrWriteConflict conflict, clear the error message to show the error message on UI.
