Activating the Offers

To make your changes to offers available, you must deploy the changes on an inline service. You can deploy the changes in either of the following ways:

• Redeploy the changes, that is, apply the changes to an existing service.
• Promote the changes, that is, deploy the changed inline service to a higher deployment state.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Real-Time Offers.

To redeploy changes to offers

1. Navigate to the Administration - Marketing screen > Decision Center view.
2. Open the Decision Center view in edit mode. For information about how to open decision center in edit mode, see Opening Decision Center for Editing.
3. Make changes to the required offers, as described in Process of Setting Up Real-Time Offers.
4. Click the Redeploy button.
5. If you want to continue to work with the current inline service, select the Keep the current inline service opened for editing check box.
6. Click OK.

To promote changes to offers

1. Navigate to the Administration - Marketing screen > Decision Center view.
2. Open the Decision Center view in edit mode. For information about how to open decision center in edit mode, see Opening Decision Center for Editing.
3. Make changes to the required offers, as described in Process of Setting Up Real-Time Offers.
4. Click the Promote button.
5. Select the deployment state to which you want to promote the inline service from the To deployment state drop-down list.
6. If you want to continue to work with the current inline service, select the Keep the current inline service opened for editing check box.
7. Click OK.
