Checking Prerequisites

Before you configure Siebel RTD, you must complete the following actions:

• Install the latest version of Siebel RTD platform.
• Deploy an inline service, for example SiebelB2B or SiebelB2C. You can integrate only one inline service with Siebel Enterprise Server at a time, so you must choose your inline service before you configure Siebel RTD.
