Adding Records to Siebel CRC
You can add records through the Action drop-down list or by clicking the New button available on some of the customer session view tabs. Valid actions are:
- Add a Service Request
- Add an Activity
- Add a Referral
- Add a Prospect
The New button is available on the following session tabs within a customer session:
- SRs (Service Requests)
- Activities
- Alerts
