Merge Algorithm in the Object Manager Layer

The Merge Records functionality is used by customers to enhance data quality. For example, duplicate accounts might be merged to a target account or you might want to merge duplicate opportunities. To call the feature, select two or more records and choose Edit, and then Merge Records from the application-level menu.
