Inbound Integration

The MIME Hierarchy Converter transforms a MIME Hierarchy input into a Siebel Message. For the inbound process, the first child of the MIME Hierarchy has to be the XML format of the Integration Object instance; otherwise, an error is generated. Figure 50 illustrates the incoming hierarchy.
