About the Currency Calculator
You access the currency calculator, shown in Figure 28, by clicking the calculator button that appears in currency or amount fields. You use the currency calculator to specify financial transaction information in foreign currencies. Table 9 describes each field control found in the currency calculator.

Single select button |
Launches a dialog box where you can select the country and currency code. |
Exchange Date |
Calendar select button |
Launches the calendar control where you can pick the exchange date. For more information about the calendar control, see About the Calendar Control. |
Amount |
Calculator button |
Type the amount in the field, or use the pop-up calculator, shown in Figure 29, to enter the amount. |
