Siebel Store-and-Forward Messaging Client-Side Troubleshooting Checklist


  1. Verify that the following parameters are in the setup.ini file. Table 9 lists the default values.

    If any of the parameter values do not match the server configuration, modify the setup.ini file and reinstall the Siebel Handheld application with the correct parameters.

  2. Examine the Siebel Handheld application log file to find more information for troubleshooting.
