Clearing Query Parameters from the Diary Views

When a query has been performed in the diary, the bookings and function spaces are filtered to show only those that meet the user's query criteria. This means that the diary shows only a subset of all available information. If a user wants to display all possible bookings and function spaces appropriate to the selected date and property, that user can remove the query filtering from the views.

To clear the query parameters from the diary views

1. Click the Query button on the diary view's toolbar.
2. In the Query Assistant dialog box, click the Clear button.

   All the query fields are cleared.

3. Click Go to perform a blank query.

   The diary views now show unfiltered information.
