Automatically populated with the name of the default organization. The user can change the selection, and add more than one organization, specifying one as the primary. |

The unit of measure used for the product. For example, if coffee is the product, the unit of measure might be pounds. |
Revenue Subcategory |
The revenue subcategory for the product. |
Revenue Category |
This field is automatically populated after a revenue subcategory is specified. |
Parent Revenue Category |
This field is automatically populated after a revenue subcategory is specified. |
Resource Type |
Determines whether or not the item is automatically reserved for an event. Available values are Critical, General, and Non-Critical and are drawn from the LOV. For more information about these values, see About Hospitality Assets. |
Set-Up Time |
Minutes needed to set up a product. |
Tear-Down Time |
Minutes needed to tear down a product. |
Property |
Select the property at which this product is available. |
Billable Flag |
If you want the customer to be charged for use of the product, then select this flag. For example, you may want to charge customers for bottles of champagne, or you may not want to charge customers for the use of table and chairs at a function. |
Grouping |
Allows you to group products to make it easy for you to search for products of a certain grouping. For example, you may want to find all dinner main courses on available at a particular property. |

Select a report header for the product. |
