Reviewing Message Plans

You can review a message plan in the Message Plan palette using the following procedure.

To review a message plan

1. Click Messages List at the top of the quick bar to display the available message plans in the top section of the quick bar.
2. Click the Message Planning tab at the top left side of the screen to display the Message Planning palette.
3. To preview a message plan from the list of available plans, select the plan in the quick bar.

   A preview of the message plan items for the selected message plan appears in the bottom section of the quick bar. You can scroll through the message plan items, using the arrows.

4. To review a message plan, select the plan from the list, and click Review.

   The message plan items are displayed in the Message Planning palette. The details for the message plan item are displayed in the Message Plan Details section.

5. Scroll through the message plan items, and review the details for the message plan.
