Controlling Access to Message Plans

To allow specific user groups to view a message plan, use the user group books on the User Groups tab to allow or restrict access.

To control access to a message plan

1. From the list of message plans on the left, select a plan, and then click Review.
2. In the Message Plan Details section, click the User Groups tab.
3. Scroll through the list of available user groups listed in the Available Books section on the right, using the arrows.
4. Add access to the asset for a user group by dragging and dropping the group from the Available Books section to the Message Plan Security table.
5. To remove existing access to a message plan by a user group, click Delete (X) beside the user group entry in the Message Plan Security table.
