Navigating the User Interface

The interface for the AMP application has the same appearance as the Sales application. The home page has four sections:

• Application banner and tabs. The banner that appears along the top of the interface persists across all views. It includes the following buttons:
  • Asset Management. Displays the Asset Management palette on the right side of the screen.
  • Message Planning. Displays the Message Planning palette on the right side of the screen.
  • Recents. The list of recently accessed Asset or Message Plan records.
• Quick bar (left side). Contains the following tabs along the top:
  • File Browser. Allows you to find unique assets on your computer and add them to the palette.
  • Solutions. Allows you to find preconfigured asset solutions for use in an electronic detailing presentations.
  • Messages List. Allows you to view existing message plans that are stored on your computer. The components of a message plan or message plan items are displayed on the bottom of the quick bar. You can view a message plan by clicking Review beside the message plan.

    You can minimize or expand the quick bar to provide a larger working area on the screen by clicking the left arrows (<<) or right arrows (>>).

• Palette area (upper right). Contains the palette for working with assets or message plan items, depending on the current view.
• Detail area (lower right). Provides details of the asset or message plan that is in the palette area.
