Uninstalling the Sales, Sync, and AMP Applications


You can uninstall the Sales, Sync, and AMP applications using the Uninstall or Remove Programs list in the Windows Control Panel. You must remove application folders manually.

To uninstall the applications

  1. In the Windows Control Panel, navigate to Add or Remove Programs.
  2. To uninstall the programs, find and select the programs, and then click Remove.

    For Siebel CRM, remove the following programs:

    • Oracle's Siebel CRM Offline Client - Sales Application
    • Oracle's Siebel CRM Offline Client - Sync
    • Oracle's Siebel CRM Offline Client - AMP Application
  3. Delete the Sales, Sync, and AMP folders.
    • For Windows Vista and Windows 7, the folders are under Users, user folder, AppData, Roaming.
    • For Windows XP, the folders are under Documents and Settings, user folder, Application Data.
