Applet Dashboard

This the standard dashboard applet. The dashboard applet is a lightweight form used to show customer context in call center applications. It supports three rows of up to four columns of information. Labels appear above fields. ID 211 can be used to map a button that closes the dashboard. See Figure 70 for an example of the Applet Dashboard template.
