Checking Permissions Settings for Windows Installation Folders
Under Windows platforms, certain directories need to have the permission settings set in order for Siebel Analytics to function. Verify the settings shown in the following table and change them if required, using the following procedure.

IIS domain user account that runs Siebel Analytics Web. This is generally the default user IUSR_machinename. |

To verify the Siebel Analytics Web permission settings
- Access the Windows Properties dialog box from Windows Explorer.
- Right-click the following directories:
- Siebel Analytics installation directory
- Siebel Analytics temporary data directory
- Choose Properties.
- Click the Security tab to see the settings.
- Make any required changes. Click Apply.
- Click OK to exit.
