Chatting in Siebel eCollaboration

The Web Chat frame at the bottom of the cobrowser is persistent during a collaboration session. Chat mode is always available.

At any time during a session, a participant can type a chat message into the Web Chat frame, and then click Send or press Enter to send it to the other participant.
