Editing Resolution Documents

Resolution documents are, by default, read-only. Use the following procedure to edit these documents in the Administration - Solution screen.

To allow editing of resolution documents

1. Start Siebel Tools.
2. Choose the SR Resolution Item list frame.
3. Choose the list column ResFileName.
4. Change the read-only property from TRUE to FALSE.
5. Compile and test the change.
