Viewing Other Users' Calendars


You can view only calendars to which you have been granted access. If you are a manager, you can view the calendars of your direct reports.

To view another user's calendar

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen.
  2. From the Owner drop-down list, choose the user of the calendar you want to see.

    The calendar refreshes to display the other user's calendar.

TIP:   If your job often requires you to access another user's calendar, you may want to set up that user's calendar as your default calendar. This can be done from the User Preferences screen. For more information see Setting Up Another User's Calendar as Your Default Calendar.
