Workflow to Order a Saved Quote

This workflow allows a user to order a saved quote. It consists of a single workflow process:

• CUT eSales - Order Quote Process

This workflow creates an Order from the current Quote copying the line items from the Quote to the Order.This workflow is shown in Figure 55.

The user invokes this workflow by clicking the Order button in the eSales application Quote Detail View.

Workflow Description. This workflow:

1. Checks to determine whether the quote has expired or not. If not, invokes the Checkout process.

2. If the quote has expired, invokes the Order Quote subprocess.
