Adding Notes to the Plan

You can add notes when you are creating a plan or when working on the plan after it has been approved. Notes let you enter free text comments about the plan. There are two types of notes:

  • Private Notes. Can be viewed only by the person who created the note. These notes are used to record miscellaneous information about the plan for your own use.
  • Shared Notes. Can be viewed by everyone in your company who has access to that view and record. These notes are used to share miscellaneous information about the plan.
