Siebel Portal Analytics

The Siebel Partner Portal provides Siebel Analytics reports for your partners, which they can use to analyze their performance in sales, service, marketing, commerce, and training.

The partner portal analytics incorporates visibility rules to ensure that one partner does not have access to another partner's reports.

The views used in Partner Portal Analytics include the following:

• Executive Analytics
• Sales Analytics
• Service Analytics
• Marketing Analytics
• Commerce Analytics
• Training Analytics

The analytics screens and views that a user sees depend on the user's role, so they may not see all of these views.

To view available Siebel Analytics reports

1. The partner navigates to the Analytics screens.
2. The partner uses the Show drop-down list to display the different categories of reports available on that screen.
