Creating CHAMP Metrics

Channel and Alliance Management Process (CHAMP) helps brand owners and partners to work collaboratively.

If you will be using CHAMP planning, you should create metrics that let you measure your partners' performance when you are setting up Siebel PRM.

In your ongoing work with your partners, you will create and execute initiatives and plans that will be evaluated using these metrics.
