Setting Up Microsoft Project Field Mappings

The tasks and resources you define for a project in your Siebel application can be exported to and imported from a Microsoft Project .mpp file. This allows you to use Microsoft Project's ability to show how scheduling and resource changes can affect final delivery dates. To export and import data between these two applications you must set up a mapping file that defines field mappings between the two applications.
