Viewing Tasks


If an end user imports Microsoft Project files to create tasks and they import successfully, end users can use the following procedure to view the tasks.

To view tasks

  1. Navigate to the Projects screen.
  2. From the visibility filter, select the appropriate view.
  3. Drill down on the Name field hyperlink for a selected project record with which the tasks are associated.
  4. Click the Tasks view tab.

    A list of the tasks records appears.

    NOTE:  Drilling down on a task takes you to a Tasks form. Beneath the Tasks form is an Activities view and an Attachments view.
