Process of Administering Applications with Siebel Store-and-Forward Messaging

Siebel Store-and-Forward Messaging supports Siebel Handheld applications which run on Pocket PC devices. For more information on Siebel Handheld, see the Siebel Handheld Administration Guide for the Siebel Handheld application you are using. For more information on supported devices, see System Requirements and Supported Platforms on Siebel SupportWeb.

In the Administration—Store-and-Forward > Store-and-Forward Applications view, the applications listed are identical to the Siebel Handheld applications displayed in the Administration-Mobile > Application Administration view. If you plan to configure a Siebel Handheld application and enable it to run Siebel Store-and-Forward Messaging, perform the following steps:
