Enabling Component Groups for Store-and-Forward Messaging

Enable the following component groups if they have not yet been enabled.

• Handheld Synchronization component group. Used for Siebel Handheld applications.
• Workflow Management component group. Used for Store-and-Forward Messaging workflows.
• Enterprise Application Integration component group. Used for Store-and-Forward Messaging server components such as SMQReceiver.
• Field Service component group. Used to enable Siebel Field Service related features.
