Opens the Siebel Tools Online Help.

Technical Support

Displays the Technical Support Information dialog box and allows you to update license key information. The dialog box displays the phone numbers for calling or sending a fax to Siebel Technical Support. It also displays information that Technical Support needs, such as the version number of your Siebel Tools installation and the command line syntax used to open Siebel Tools.

About Record

Opens a dialog box that displays information about the current object, including its creator and creation date.
