Enabling Real-Time Email Processing
Complete the following procedure to enable real-time email processing. To enable real-time email processing
- From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Administration - Communications > All Response Groups.
- In the Response Groups list, select the response group for which you want to enable real-time processing.
- Click the Input Arguments tab.
- Add the following input argument:
