Begin the Standard Installation of Siebel Analytics 7.5

Installing and Configuring the Siebel Data Warehouse provides the detailed instructions for installing the standard version of Siebel Analytics, which consists of four major steps:

  1. Installing Informatica Client Software
  2. Creating Database Connections for OLAP and OLTP
  3. Setting Up the Siebel Data Warehouse
  4. Configuring Informatica Server and Repository

Before you install the Analytics Bridge, you must have completed Step 1 through Step 3, up to the Siebel Analytics-Siebel Data Warehouse Configuration Setup screen shown in Figure 5. At this point, you must pause the Analytics Installer, then proceed to the configuration of the Siebel application for Bridge-specific operation. (Review Installing and Configuring the Siebel Data Warehouse for further information about Steps 1 through 3.)
