Claims

There are two ASIs for Claims, as follows:

A request and response set for submitting and receiving first notice of loss
A request and response set for payment requests

These message sets are intended to integrate to back-office legacy systems as well as external and partner applications.

Each ASI is a combination of prebuilt business services coupled with defined XML messages mapped to the Siebel data model for the defined purpose. The Siebel user interface has been modified to accommodate underwriting report document storage and retrieval.
