Marketing Management


The Marketing Management ASIs allows a third party channel application (such as a call center application or self-service Web application) to display the appropriate marketing offer for a contact, capture the response to that offer, and route the response for a follow-up. These ASIs allow Siebel customers, who use third party applications in channels that are involved in delivering marketing offers, to interact with the Siebel application to deliver personalized marketing offers and capture offer responses.

Each ASI is a combination of prebuilt business services coupled with XML messages mapped to the Siebel data model.
