Executive Analytics

This dashboard provides channel executives with an overall analysis of partner life cycle management.

Segmentation Analytics

This dashboard is for channel executives and channel operations managers. It provides information about partner performance, based on attributes, such as partner type, partner tier, and partner territory. It also compares information for direct and indirect channels.

Customer Analytics

This dashboard shows the overall profile of the brand owner's customer base. It shows information about customers, based on attributes, such as annual revenues and vertical segments. It also shows top partner accounts by revenue and high-risk customer accounts.

Channel operations managers and channel marketing managers can use information from this dashboard to define campaigns that target new customers and to address high-risk customer accounts.

Sales Analytics

This dashboard shows channel operations managers information about the sales performance of all partners. Pipeline analytics shows the current and historical pipeline across all partners. The sales manager can monitor closed business, wins, and losses. The dashboard also shows information about sales effectiveness, based on metrics, such as the length of sale cycle.

The reports in this dashboard also allow operation managers and sales managers to evaluate the margins and revenues associated with specific products.
