Siebel Partner Portal Analytics Dashboards


This topic describes the dashboards in the Siebel Partner Portal Analytics application.

NOTE:  Dashboards and reports on the partner portal only allow partners to view data for their respective organizations.

Executive Analytics

This dashboard provides partner executives with information about their relationships with brand owners. Partner executives can monitor the pipeline, evaluate the effectiveness of their sales force in selling brand owner products, and view the top brand owner products sold by their organization. Partner executives can also use this dashboard to identify their high-risk customer accounts.

Sales Analytics

This dashboard provides partner sales executives with information about their partner sales pipeline for selling brand owner products. The dashboard provides analytics on the partner's customers, based on attributes, such as annual revenues and vertical segments. The dashboard also includes reports for sales representatives so that they can monitor their own performance.

Commerce Analytics

This dashboard provides partners with information about the products quoted and sold by their respective organizations. Reports about orders provide partners with information about the brand owner products ordered for customers.

Marketing Analytics

This dashboard provides information about the effectiveness and productivity of joint marketing campaigns to attract customers.

Partner Service Analytics

This dashboard provides information about the service performance of partners. The information is based on metrics, such as resolution rate and resolution time. The dashboard includes an overview of service requests for the partner, based on a range of attributes.

Customer satisfaction analytics provides information about customer satisfaction with customer-partner interactions. The dashboard also includes reports for service representatives so they can monitor their own performance, based on service request resolution rates and time.

Training Analytics

This dashboard provides information about the training performance of partners. The reports show sales and service performance, based on metrics, such as the number of courses taken and the rate at which tests are passed.
