The Product Selling Analytics dashboards are available to users of Siebel Product Selling Analytics.

Executive Analytics

This dashboard is for senior executives who need information about their organization's performance as a whole. It provides information about products and about order processing. It also includes an overview of the state of an organization's business, across customer channels.

Product Analytics

This dashboard is for product managers who need information about all aspects of their products. It provides information about product revenue, packaging, marketing campaign results, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and customer satisfaction issues.

Pricing Analytics

This dashboard is for product and pricing managers who need information about the impact of pricing practices on revenues and profits. It includes information that tracks product price over its life cycle, discounts, region-specific margins, contract and agreement profitability, and price list effectiveness.
