Changing Dashboard Properties

You can change dashboard properties in the Dashboard Properties page.

To change a dashboard property

  1. In Siebel Answers, click the Admin hyperlink.
  2. Click the Manage Intelligence Dashboards hyperlink.
  3. Locate the dashboard you want to change and click the Properties icon.
  4. Follow directions in the table to change the property.

    Style
    In the General Properties area, select the style from the Style drop-down list. For more information about styles, see Customizing the User Interface.
    Devices on which the dashboard is available
    In the General Properties area, select one or more of the following icons:
    • Desktop Browser
    • Mobile Phone
    • Voice Browser
    Devices on which the individual pages are available
    In the Existing Pages table, identify the page and select the appropriate Enable/Disable Device check boxes in the Devices columns. This provides finer control than the devices on which the dashboard is available.
    Order in which the page tabs appear
    In the Existing Pages table, identify the page and click the Move Up or Move Down arrow to change the order in which the page appears.
    Deletion of a page
    In the Existing Pages table, identify the page and click the Delete icon.
    Name of a page
    In the Existing Pages table, identify the page and click the Rename icon. Follow directions on the user interface.
