Follow-Me Browsing in Siebel eCollaboration
Follow-me browsing is the default mode when an eCollaboration session starts. When either the agent or the caller goes to a Web page in the eCollaboration cobrowser, the other sees the same Web page.
The agent can pause Follow-me browsing mode by clicking the pause button on the eCollaboration tool bar. The button changes to its resume state. The agent can then navigate to any Web page without the caller's browser following. When the agent clicks the resume button, the caller's browser goes to the agent's current Web page.
The following must be true for Follow-me browsing to be active:
- The cobrowser is not minimized.
- Neither the Present mode nor the Attend mode is active.
