Installing Dialogic Call Information Manager Service Pack

This section describes how to install the necessary service pack for Dialogic Call Information Manager. For detailed installation instructions, refer to Call Information Manager User's Guide.

NOTE:  Make sure that the Control Panel Services application is not running on this system before you install the service pack.

To install Dialogic Call Information Manager service pack

On the Windows Server Ancillary Programs CD-ROM from Siebel Systems, locate cimv30sp1.exe in the directory Thirdpty\enu\dialogic\cim\cimv30sp1.
Run cimv30sp1.exe.
When the installer has completed, specify that you will restart your computer now, and click Finish.
