Views for Defining Outbound Communication Requests
The following views are used to specify outbound communication requests:
- All Outbound Requests. Define and submit requests for outbound communications using email, fax, paging, or wireless messaging channels. See Defining Outbound Communication Requests.
- Outbound Request Overview. Define and submit requests for high-volume outbound communications, including specifying recipients and templates. See Defining Outbound Communication Requests.
