Table 25 shows an example of how to populate the EIM_ASSET interface table for an import process in order to properly display product and part number information in the Siebel application's Asset Management - Assets View.

Table 25.  Import Example of How to Populate EIM_ASSET

Field to Populate	Description
OWNER_ACCNT_BU	The organization of which the account is part.
OWNER_ACCNT_LOC	The account site for the related asset.
OWNER_ACCNT_NAME	The account's actual name.
AST_ASSET_NUM	The product's serial number.
AST_PROD_BU	Can be specified as "Default Organization" if necessary.
AST_PROD_NAME	The product's actual name.
