Creating a Trouble Ticket Record
End users can create a trouble ticket record.
To create a trouble ticket
- Navigate to the Trouble Tickets screen.
- Click the More Info view tab.
- In the More Info form, add a record and complete the necessary fields. To access more fields, click the show more button in the upper right corner of the form.
