Administrator Setup Procedures for Release Manager

A number of areas of Release Manager must be set up in advance to make sure of the application's usability for product marketers, quality assurance testers, engineers, and technical writers. Depending on your company's structure and policies, these activities might be the duties of the organization's Release Manager, Applications Administrator, or other person responsible for setting up the system. For convenience and brevity, this chapter refers to this person as the administrator.
