Specifying Best Times to Call Accounts


Use the Best Times to Call view to specify appropriate time periods for account calls.

To specify best times to call accounts

  1. Navigate to the Accounts screen.
  2. In the My Accounts list, select an account.
  3. From the Show drop-down list, select Best Times to Call.
  4. The Accounts Best Times to Call view appears.

  5. Tap the Best Times to Call list to select it.
  6. On the toolbar, tap the New Record button.
  7. Complete the necessary fields for the new record.
  8. The fields are described in the following table.

    Field
    Comments
    Start Day
    Indicates the days that the contact is available for a call.
    Start Time
    Indicates the time that the contact is available for a call.
    End time
    Indicates end of available time period.
    Comments
    Text field for schedule information.
