Modifying Workflows

If you made note of customizations in Customizations Made with Siebel Tools, you should now determine if the prior customizations are necessary in Siebel eSales version 7. If so, you may be able to modify an existing workflow. See the section on modifying order workflow processes in Siebel eSales Administration Guide for details on the workflows in eSales version 7 and to determine the best way to make these changes in Siebel 7.
