Populating Plan Date with a Value Other than Status Date

You can configure the Plan Date to use a date other than the Status Date.

To populate Plan Date with a value other than the Status Date

In Siebel Tools, navigate to the user properties of the Incentive Compensation Transaction Workbook.
Remove the user property Order Import Field <number> that has a value of As of Date, Plan Date, or any other property Order Import Field <number> with a value of <some field>, Plan Date.
After you have removed the existing mappings to Plan Date, add a new Order Import Field <number> with a value of <field>, Plan Date (where <field> is the name of the field in the Orders business component that you want to map to the Plan Date in the Transaction Workbook business component).

Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for the Plan Date field of the Transaction Workbook Detail, except that instead of using the Order Import Field, you will use the Order Import Item Field.
