Personalizing a Compensation Plan Draw
You can personalize plan draws using three methods:
- Method 1. First, select the plan participant, and clear the Default check box in the Plan Participant's view. Then, add the plan draws you want to associate with this participant.
- Method 2. First, clear the Default check box in the plan draw when associating this plan draw to a plan. Then, select a participant, drill down on the participant's last name, and add the plan draws you want to associate with this participant.
- Method 3. Personalize the draw effective dates and amounts.
The following tables summarize the effect of these scenarios.
- If you select the plan rule or plan draw first, and then select the plan participant the result is shown in Table 25.
- If you select the plan participant first, and then select the plan rule or plan draw, the result is shown in Table 26.
To add a personal plan draw
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Administration > Plans.
- In the Plans list, select the plan, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Name field.
- Click the Plan Participants view tab, and in the participants list, select a participant, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
- Click the Draws view tab.
- In the Draws list, click New.
- In the new record, complete the fields.
- In the Type field, select the type from the drop-down list.
Options are Non-Recoverable, Recoverable, or Recoverable-Balance Forgiven.
- In the Amount field, click the select button, and in the dialog box, accept the default or choose another currency code, and then enter the amount.
- In the Frequency field, select the frequency from the drop-down list.
Possible values are Day, Week, Bi-Weekly, Month, Quarter, Half-Year, or Year.
