Personalizing a Compensation Plan Draw


You can personalize plan draws using three methods:

The following tables summarize the effect of these scenarios.

To add a personal plan draw

  1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Administration > Plans.
  2. In the Plans list, select the plan, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Name field.
  3. Click the Plan Participants view tab, and in the participants list, select a participant, and then drill down on the hyperlink in the Last Name field.
  4. Click the Draws view tab.
  5. In the Draws list, click New.
  6. In the new record, complete the fields.
    1. In the Type field, select the type from the drop-down list.
    2. Options are Non-Recoverable, Recoverable, or Recoverable-Balance Forgiven.

    3. In the Amount field, click the select button, and in the dialog box, accept the default or choose another currency code, and then enter the amount.
    4. In the Frequency field, select the frequency from the drop-down list.
    5. Possible values are Day, Week, Bi-Weekly, Month, Quarter, Half-Year, or Year.

Repeat Step 5 and Step 6 for each new plan draw.
