Issuing a Settlement Payment
End users the Payments view tab to issue a settlement payment.
To issue a settlement payment
- Navigate to the Claims screen.
- In the Claims list, select a claim.
- Click the Payments view tab.
- In the Payments list, add a record and complete the necessary fields.
NOTE: You can configure your Siebel application to connect to the system your company uses to produce a draft or check to pay the claim. For more information, see Integration.
