Changing Read-Only Fields

As mentioned in Recording Calls and in Managing Samples the Siebel administrator can change the fields that become read-only after a call is submitted (or synchronized with Siebel ePharma Handheld on a PDA).

Read-only properties are shown in Table 30. The User Property Value column shows how the user property values are to be changed.
