Using the Siebel PRM CHAMP Planning Module

To use the CHAMP Planning module in Siebel PRM, you perform the following high-level steps:

Plan and create a set of appropriate metrics that will allow you to measure your partners' performance. You create these metrics before creating any initiatives: they will let you define specific objectives for your partners.
Create a new partnership initiative.
Create a specific partner plan for each partner company that participates in the initiative.
Execute the plan and evaluate partner performance.

You may have other ways of working with your partners. CHAMP planning is not required, but it does have a track record of improving the execution, effectiveness and overall success of partner relationships.
