Associating an Activity with a Message
When you need to share information related to an item that requires follow-up action, you can associate an activity with a message. For more information on the activity-related fields, see Activities.
To associate an activity with a message
- Navigate to the Messages screen.
- In the Daily Messages list, select the message.
- Click the Activities view tab.
- In the Activities list, click New, and then complete the fields.
